A company in the Home Counties employing 20 people, three of which are home-based sales representatives located near Manchester, Andover and Peterborough, each with their own domestic broadband facility. The Band Telecom VOIP business telephone system enables outgoing calls to national landlines at only 1.2 pence per minute. Incoming customer calls can be seamlessly transferred from the head office sales desk to any of the field-based representatives. Calls between head office and home-based representatives are free of charge over the Internet.
The system is configured with auto attendant answering, inviting callers to: ‘press 1 for sales, 2 for purchasing and 3 for accounts’. Conference calls involving all internal and field based members of the sales team can be set up by the sales manager as required. Conference calls are also free of any call charge.
