Title of ownership
Title of ownership of telephones, accessories and adapters passes to the purchaser on payment to Band Telecom Ltd. Telephone numbers are rented subject to annual payment with title of ownership remaining with the service provider.

Current call charge rates can be found on the Tariffs section of www.bandtelecom.com and are subject to change without notice.
Payment terms
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice for equipment, service provision and call charges subject to satisfactory agency credit limit reference. Customers will receive a notification when call costs approach a pre-determined maximum monthly limit.
Band Telecom Ltd reserves the right to suspend service for any account exceeding payment terms of 60 days from date of invoice.

All customers are required to inform Band Telecom of their current
Business address and location of the telephone extensions.
Warranty
Telephones, accessories and adapters are subject to twelve months exchange warranty. Defective units are returned to Band Telecom Ltd at customer expense. An exchange unit will be
dispatched to the customer by Courier service for next weekday delivery. In the event the returned unit is damaged or out of warranty, an exchange unit will be offered subject to repair or replacement charge.
Limitation of liability
Whilst Band Telecom Ltd endeavour to maintain the highest level of customer service, the service is provided subject to the company being held harmless from any claims for consequential loss or damages resulting from loss of service. The service
supports emergency dialling codes of 999 or 112 but this requires
the user to initially setup up a Caller Location Address for
each extension being used via the VoIP control panel. This
must accurately reflect the end users actual location within the British
Isles.
Termination
Termination of service is the option of either party with a notice period of 30 days. Band Telecom Ltd will assist the customer in transferring existing telephone numbers and service to an alternate provider, conditional on receipt of all amounts due at the date of termination.
Governing Law
The equipment and service provision agreement are subject to lawful use under English law.
